Received the GPS-350 in Nov 2008. The car charger was defective. Did not find this out until we had all the addresses programmed in the system. Asked if I could "purchase" a new car charger, instead of returning the whole "programmed" unit. Customer Service continues to give me the run around, saying they'll let me know when they have an extra one. I've been corresponding with them for 5 months now, to no avail. System is worthless for long trips without a car charger. I would not buy one.

Charger cigarette adapter |

This charger adapter was broken when I got my product. Another one was sent to me and three wks. later it broke. Customer service promised me a new one and I have been waiting two months. As far as the GPS-it works well-it has a very touchy screen and info has to be exact for calculation.
