Purchased 4 digital cameras (Kodak, Sony, Panasonic, and one from SVP) before the XThinn-8363. Even went to a camera shop, said "Give me your best camera for under $500." and got 60% out of focus pictures.
The XThinn-8363 is really nice point-and-shoot camera for the price. I highly recommend it unless you are ready to plop down a few grand for digital SLR.
XThinn-8363 Pros: Very fast power-up -Ready to take pictures in under 3 seconds. Long battery life - Turn it on, take pictures, turn it off. Large LCD Display - See your shots. Don't download to discover they are all blurry.
XThinn-8363 Cons: Shutter delay - Unlike a film camera, there is a delay after pressing the button so you don't know when it is safe to move. No USB power - The camera runs only from the battery and will go dead while on USB. Need a memory card - 28M of internal memory is pretty much pointless (8 pictures at the native resolution) so be sure to get a 4G SD card.
