I just bought this phone, and I will give it a try, but as of right now, I am seriously considering returning it. As it appears to be a nice phone which I would like to give a higher rating, the manual needs some serious work. There are no graphics as to what the button functions are. No explanation on how to navigate the menu. I have yet to find the left arrow or the right arrow to select menu items to the left or to the right. The website does not have the manual or more basic information. Not everyone is a wizard when it comes to cell phones.

There seems to be no place on the net to find out how to actually put this phone in service..
Who are the service providers?
Where do I get the 1 or 2 SIMS needed?
What other little items are required to make this phone operable?
